Ad Astra Capital was formed in 2024 to acquire premium-branded select-service and extended stay hotels throughout the United States. AAC also opportunistically pursues strategic investments spanning the entirety of the capital stack and development life cycle.

To date, Ad Astra's owned portfolio consists of 5 hotels spanning more than 500 keys across KS, CO and WY. AAC’s founders have collectively executed nearly $6 billion of hotel and commercial real estate transactions over the last decade.

AAC’s dedicated operating partner – Lexima Lodging – is a Wichita, Kansas-based operator of branded select-service and extended stay hotels.
